We want our relationship to be about what we can do for you. Our business is structured to meet the needs of both online shoppers as well as those who want to deal face to face, and who want to be able to touch and try the products they are buying. We are dedicated to making sure that your experience at Team Fever (whether it is online or in-store) is as rewarding as possible.
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
We established our business as 'Rugby Fever' in 1999 as a 'one stop shop for all your Rugby League and Rugby Union merchandise and equipment' and we did this in Melbourne, the home of AFL. A rugby shop in Melbourne!!! Are we crazy?? Not at all and we have a very happy and loyal customer base to prove it, just look at what our customers have to say.
We then expanded the business and opened "Soccer Fever" on the opening night of the Commonwealth games in 2006 to cater for the fans of the round ball game.

We have had long standing relationships with a number of professional teams you may be familiar with. Melbourne Storm, Melbourne Victory and Melbourne Rebels all ask us to take care of their customers by managing their websites and fulfilling website orders as well as managing merchandise sales at their stadiums when they play at home. These clubs have asked us to do this because they know the value we place on exceeding customer expectations.
